Tigz ICY Tea

Tigz ICY Tea - 2 quarts
- 9 tsp fruit & herb tea
- 5 Tbsp sugar
- Water
- TAKEYA or other 2 Quart Jug
Add 3 cups of boiling water into your TAKEYA Iced Tea Maker jug. Place approximately 9 teaspoons of your favorite Fruit & Herbal Tea into the infuser basket – place in jug and brew for 10 minutes*. Remove infuser – Add sweetener to taste ( we add 5 Tbsp per 2 qt jug for our ICY Teas ). Fill Takeya pitcher with ice, shake & enjoy. Or you can fill with cold water and refrigerate overnight.
*Note if you are using teas other than Fruit & Herb, you may need to lessen the brew time. For example Cucumber Melon green brew time usually is around 5 minutes.
We also like to garnish with fresh fruit: A slice of Lemon, Orange or Lime.
